I will not rig models/illustrations/emotes for anything having to do with NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchains, Metaverse and any other future iterations similar to so, including but not limited to, individual or corporate companies. Attempting to use my work with any of these things breaks the terms of agreement and you forfeit the right to use any of my work or receive a refund.

I do not accept Bitcoin or any kind of cryptocurrency for payment. Payment must be through PayPal or any other negotiated forms of payment that are not the mentioned methods above.

I do not allow any of my work to be minted and sold and associated with NFTs, cryptocurrencies, blockchains or any sites that may include such things such as Opensea and so forth. I also do not allow my content to be used for Metaverse content or other future names. Doing so breaks the terms of agreement and you forfeit the right to use any of my products and forfeit the right to a refund.

I will not work with anyone who is actively using AI art to promote their branding or use as references when commissioning me.

I have the right to refuse any project.

I have the right to use commissioned work for portfolio examples of my work for future commissioners.

Slots for rigging are not first come first serve.

If you are receiving a product from me you must place credit in an easy to see place. This is not negotiable.

You are not to claim my work for your own.

I do not take rush requests! Please consider this and your deadline before you ask for a slot.

If you have a deadline, please make me aware of this during our initial briefing, this will be critical to my workflow and acceptance of work!

After my initial response and reviewing your form, I will ask follow up questions to see what exactly you are wanting in this product. You will be informed of any additional costs (complexity, expressions, etc.) or if I do not think I will be able to fulfill the request.

Additionally, if I do not think I am able to fulfill the request, I can recommend you to other Live2d riggers that may be in your price range.

Turn around time for a commissioned model is 1 month to 3 1/2 months. I will do my best to communicate if I need more time and show you progress as I go.

Turn around time for rigged illustrations and emotes are 2 weeks to 1 1/2 months.

You are welcome to ask for additional updates as well! I will be as transparent as possible with my workflow process and where I currently am while working on your commission.

I will ask for half of the full payment upon finishing negotiating what will be rigged and the other half after I have shown the client a preview of the finished product.

DO NOT send payment until you have received the invoice from me. This is to ensure that there will be no unexpected chargebacks and if necessary to protect the client and also the seller.

I accept payment plans on a case-by-case basis.

Payments will be done through PayPal invoice unless another form of payment has been agreed upon beforehand.

At the current moment, I am only able to accept Paypal payments. Other forms of payment times will become available later in the future. This does NOT include payment types of Cryptocurrency, NFTs and anything similar in nature.

Requests for any adjustments may be asked for at least two (2) weeks after the product has been delivered. Depending on how big the adjustment may be, it may require a small fee.

Refunds will be given if I have accepted your slot but do not feel I will be able to deliver to you what you requested AND I have yet to start the process of the commission.

Refunds will be given if I have yet to start your product and you have changed your mind within a week of the initial payment.

You will be given a partial refund of 50% of what was paid if I have started the commission but you have decided that you no longer want the product or the circumstances have changed.

You will not be given a refund if I have delivered the product and have not come to me for adjustments 1 month after the last payment has been made.
